NEWSLETTER Ref.: Organization of "Moldovan Business Week 2010", June 22-25, 2010

The Government of the Republic of Moldova in partnership with Vienna Economic Forum organizes "Moldovan Business Week 2010" entitled "World Economic Crisis - Challenges and New Opportunities for Moldovan Economy" at June 22-25, 2010. The event will consist of the 6th edition of International Investment Forum and the work session of Vienna Economic Forum in Chisinau.

In the frame of "Moldovan Business Week 2010" there will be organized B2B meetings of economic agents from Romania, Italy, Russian Federation, Turkey, Czech Republic, Poland and other countries that invest or are interested in this activity in the Republic of Moldova.

Also, there will be organized and conducted round tables on the following topics: "Developments in the financial sector of the Republic of Moldova", "Financial Sector Development in Moldova - New Tools to Attract Financing of Private Sector", "ICT Performances in the Republic of Moldova", "Innovative Networks - a New Formula of Regional Development".

The event will be attended by central authorities of public administration representatives in the Republic of Moldova, international, regional and local banks, investment funds, international financial organizations, investment promotion agencies, foreign donors, foreign and local investors, foreign Embassies accredited in the Republic of Moldova, local companies and holders of investment projects, international experts, foreign and local media.

These events have objectives to increase investment flows in the Republic of Moldova by drawing attention of foreign investors to the Republic of Moldovan as a favorable investment destination, to facilitate dialogue between investors and local companies, to identify and promote future investment projects, and to focus investors’ attention on specific sectors of national economy.
